Important

Open Monday through Saturday with admission schedules that depend on your type of ticket. Without transportation You can enter between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. The departure time will depend on the time of arrival at the Park (the approximate duration of the tour is five hours). With transportation In the MORNING: entrance from 8:30 a.m. at 10:00 a.m. / Departure between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. AFTERNOON: 1:00 p.m. entry at 2:00 p.m. / Departure between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. It lasts approximately 5 h. Visitors with a disability should always be accompanied by a family member or friend who assists them at all times. Activities not recommended for people with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia or easily getting dizzy, having recent surgery, back pain or weighing more than 136 kg, or for pregnant women. For the Zip lines the minimum height required is 1.40m. and the minimum weight required is 40 kg. The minimum recommended age is 5 years. Children from 5 to 11 years pay half of the adult ticket. It is essential that they present official identification at the Park ticket offices. In case of not doing so, the lower rate will be applied to those who are between 1 m and 1.40 tall. The activities of Tobogán and Bird Flight include aquatic areas with a depth of between 1.10 m and 1.30 m deep. It is recommended that in these activities children under 1.30 m tall who do not know how to swim, be accompanied by their parents. The Bird Flight activity is recommended for children from the age of five, as long as the harness fits them correctly. Reservations canceled more than 2 days before the arrival date are subject to a 10% charge for administrative expenses; and with less than 2 days before the arrival date, or in case of not arriving, they will not be refundable. It is not possible to change the date on the same day of your visit.

Come to Xenses where nothing seems to be what it appears

Xenses is an amazing half-day park which takes you through two paths of unique activities in more than 50 spectacular scenarios. Your ear, your sight and even your taste senses will lead you to an incredible experience.

Sight: Walk through a park full of optical illusions that will surprise your perception of reality.

Touch: Embark on a way to relaxation with infinity pools among green gardens, waterfalls and natures artwork.

Hearing: Be surprised by more than 200 playful games that will make noise to surprise you while walking around the park.

Taste: Get ready for several food stations where you will be able to taste different flavors.

Smell: Embrace different aromas that will take you to far away lands.

Park Activities

Xenses lists it to be at least 15 activities you can do during your visit. You can choose between 2 different paths to discover the park in the order you want. You will find a toboggan waterfall, bird flying sludge, relaxing river and some other activities. You will test your balance, explore different ecosystems in complete darkness, ride a waterslide dripping from a cave and feel like an animal flying along a zipline that falls in a rapid water slide which leads to a cavern.

The park is divided up into several interactive exhibits and optic illusions.

Park Schedule

Xenses opens Monday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with two schedules for tours (with transportation included):
MORNING: Arrival between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. / Departure between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
AFTERNOON: Arrival between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. / Departure between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

What should I bring to Xenses for my day?

Sunglasses, sunblock, mosquito repelent (bio) and water shoes. Leave most of those items to the locker room and just enjoy the park. You can also leave mobile phones or wallets in the locker’s secure compartment. Bring some extra money for souvenirs and snacks.

What should I wear at the park?

Many activities in the park include water so you must bring your swimming suit. Paths may be made of either hard stone and concrete or flat stone. It’s possible to walk bare foot but it’s not the best choice. Water shoes are highly recommended.

Your arrival at Xenses and the layout of the park

There are two main areas in Xenses one side being El Pueblo the other is the gardens and Xensatorium. When you first arrive you enter this building – main attraction of the park. There are rooms, tunnels and activities around this pin wheel. You can change out of the locker room then explore.

What restaurants are there in Xenses Park?

There is a snack bar and drinks containing dried fruit chips, snacks, etc. It looks a little like a well-stocked grocery store. No restaurants are available inside the park.
